10.  What is the cost to hire a cake stand?

We have a selection of stands available for hire with or without our cakes.  Prices are from £10 - £20.  A returnable deposit of between £30 - £60 is also due but refunded when the stand is returned in the same condition it was delivered in.

Five days is preferred but if you need something urgently please call us and we will endeavour to provide you with what you want.  If you wish to place an order for a wedding or large event please give as much notice as possible to avoid disappointment.

12.  What is the minimum order?

The minimum order is a box of 12 cupcakes or 24 mini cupcakes.   The minimum order on our cookies varies due to each cookie being different sizes so please see our Cookie Menu for more details.

13.  Do your cakes and cookies contain nuts?

All our cakes are made in a kitchen where nuts are used so they may contain traces of nuts.

14.  What ingredients do you use?

All our cakes and cookies are freshly made to order using the finest ingredients.  We use locally sourced free range eggs, organic cocoa/chocolate, unwaxed lemons, real butter and vanilla extract.  No artificial additives are used although some can be found in our sprinkles.

15.  How long do your cakes and cookies last?

They will be fresh on the day you receive them and are best consumed that day.  They will however last for 3-4 days if you keep them in the box or an airtight container.   A use by date will be on the box that is delivered to you.

16.  How do I store my cakes and cookies?

Cakes can be stored in an airtight container or the box they are delivered in.  Please do not put any cakes with buttercream in the fridge, as it will change the texture of the cake and icing.  However, a topping with cream in should be stored in the fridge and eaten within 2-3 days.  Cookies should be stored in an airtight container.

17.  Are you registered?

Yes, we are registered with Tunbridge Wells Borough Council.  We hold a Food Safety & Hygiene Level 2 Certificate.
